Danylo Lytvynenko says he is eager to get back into battle on Ukraine's eastern front once he masters his new prosthetic leg. He's one of 12,000 war casualties treated at a specialist rehab center in Lviv, including 350 children. The Lviv facility uses high-tech German machinery to make its own devices so Ukrainians need no longer wait for imported prosthetics.
