German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock on November 24 called Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure an "intolerable, inhumane crime" and said the German presidency will invite G7 members at a meeting next week in Bucharest "to initiate further support for Ukraine's energy supply" as winter approaches. She said Russian President Vladimir Putin "likes to plunge the people of #Ukraine into cold and darkness with his rockets" but "he will never break your desire for freedom and our support."
