A Russian warplane "accidentally released" a bomb over the city of Belgorod near the Ukraine border late on April 20, causing an explosion and injuring two people, the Defense Ministry said. Local officials said the blast occurred on a city street and damaged cars and some buildings. "As a Sukhoi Su-34 Air Force plane was flying over the city of Belgorod, there was an accidental discharge of aviation ammunition," the Defense Ministry said.
