U.K. Spy Chief Tells Russians: Join Us As Agents To End War

The head of Britain's MI6 foreign spy service said the Wagner group's mutiny attempt in June showed that Russian President Vladimir Putin was under pressure, adding he was optimistic about Ukraine's counteroffensive. Richard Moore, the chief of the U.K.'s Secret Intelligence Service, also said in a speech in Prague on July 19 that Russians appalled by the war in Ukraine should "join hands" with his intelligence service and bring the bloodshed to an end.
