Russian Drones Strike Residential Buildings In Slovyansk, Ukraine

Burning debris and broken glass littered the ground near apartment buildings in Slovyansk, in Ukraine's Donetsk region, after Russian drone strikes late on March 19. There were reports of injuries. The latest attacks came after Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to a partial cease-fire meant to spare energy infrastructure, a pledge that was followed by a strike on a power station.
