A Russian-appointed deputy governor of Ukraine's southern Kherson region has been injured in a car explosion, Russia's Interfax news agency reported, citing the occupation administration's health minister. Vitaly Bulyuk was hospitalized with moderate injuries. Interfax reported that the car caught fire and the driver of the car was killed. Ukrainian public broadcaster Suspilne quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the explosion occurred near Bulyuk's house when he was sitting in a car with the driver. The explosion comes five weeks after Kirill Stremousov, another deputy head of the Russian-installed Kherson administration, was killed in a car crash.
