Four members of one family -- including two teenagers -- were feared dead in the aftermath of a Russian missile attack in the southeastern city of Kramatorsk, the local adminstration said late on February 17. "The Russians fired three missiles at Kramatorsk, hitting the industrial zone and the private sector," a statement said. "A family of four people, including teenagers aged 14 and 16, were likely buried under the rubble of one of the houses."
