Dmitry Rogozin, the former Russian deputy prime minister and once the head of the state space agency Roskosmos, has been wounded by Ukrainian shelling near the eastern city of Donetsk, which is controlled by Russian separatists. Rogozin wrote on Telegram that he was in hospital and faced surgery after being wounded in the shoulder on December 21. Several others were wounded in the shelling as well.
