Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) said on January 20 that it had apprehended a network of agents of Russia's GRU military intelligence, who, among other things, coordinated Russian missile strikes in the city of Dnipro, where at least 46 people were killed after a Russian missile hit a residential building last week.
