The 20th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group (UDCG) is set for March 19 at the U.S. Ramstein Air Base in Germany, the U.S. Air Force said on March 9. "U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin...again invited defense ministers and senior military officials around the world to discuss the crisis in Ukraine and the various security challenges facing U.S. allies and partners," it said. The UDCG consists of the 32 NATO member nations, now inducing Sweden. The previous meeting took place online on February 14 and discussed the strengthening air defenses, artillery systems, and drones, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov reported.
